How long does a typical therapy session last? A typical therapy session lasts about 45-60 minutes, allowing for in-depth discussion and support.

What should I expect during my first therapy session? During your first therapy session, you can expect a welcoming environment where your therapist will listen to your concerns, discuss therapeutic options, and start working together on your mental health journey.

What if I want both therapy and a self-help handbook? You can certainly choose to engage in both therapy and receive a customized self-help handbook to support your journey.
